Every device is tested for dose accuracy and full life-cycle under ISO 11608, the international standard for pen injectors and auto-injectors. The dose on the dial is the dose delivered, from the first injection to the last.
The needle, matched to the route
Subcutaneous therapies like reconstituted peptides take a fine 32G to 34G tip at 4mm: thin, short, near-painless. Intramuscular therapies like TRT call for a heavier 29G needle at 12mm. We spec the needle to how the medicine must be delivered, never a one-size default.
Sterile where it has to be
The needles and cartridges, the parts the medicine and the patient actually contact, are manufactured in FDA-registered facilities, carry the relevant certifications, and are sterility-tested before release. Verified sterile, not assumed.
