These terms cover your use of curoform.com (the "site"). The site is run by CuroForm LLC, 2358 University Avenue #2197, San Diego, CA 92104, United States ("CuroForm", "we", "us"). By using the site or sending us the contact form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
A site for businesses
CuroForm supplies businesses. The site is for people acting for a business, such as a medical or wellness brand, and is not for personal or household purchases. If you send us a request for a business, you confirm you're allowed to do so for it.
Quotes and orders
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. Descriptions, specifications, options and photos show what we typically supply and can change. The only terms that govern a sale are those in our written quote and the terms of sale we send with it. If anything on the site conflicts with a quote or our terms of sale, the quote and terms of sale win. The site does not create a warranty of any kind.
No medical or regulatory advice
CuroForm is not a pharmacy or a medical provider, and we don't supply medicine. Nothing on the site is medical, legal or regulatory advice. Your business is responsible for the medicine, labeling and regulatory content that go with our products, and for how they are used with patients.
What you send us
- Only send artwork, logos and designs you have the right to use, and let us use them to prepare your quote and samples.
- Don't send patient information or other health information about any person. If we receive it, we delete it.
- We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That means don't:
- send spam, false information or someone else's details through the form;
- try to break, overload or get around the site's security;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk with automated tools; or
- use the site in a way that breaks the law.
Our content and trademarks
The text, design, graphics and code of the site belong to CuroForm or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. Anything else needs our written permission. CuroForm™ and our logo are trademarks of CuroForm. Other names and marks on the site belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
We may link to sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. This section doesn't change anything in a quote or our terms of sale.
Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CuroForm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. These limits don't apply to liability the law doesn't allow us to limit, and they don't cover sales, which the quote and our terms of sale govern.
Governing law
California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site goes to the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. We post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply from that date and don't affect a request you sent before it.
